It uses colourwork and a made-to-measure style. This means you will take some measurements first, and then follow the instructions. The piece is worked in separate panels which you sew together afterwards.

Description

Materials needed for the Trippy Tee

  • A 4-ply cotton in two colours. Example uses Cotton Kings Cone 500 in colour Cobalt Blue and Ash.
  • This pattern is made-to-measure. Amounts are estimated based upon how much my testers used.
  • A 2.5mm crochet hook
  • A darning needle
  • Scissors
  • Stitch markers

Amount of yarn will vary, for sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL you need about 200 (250) 325 (350) 450 (450) 500 grams of yarn per colour.

Gauge

Since the pattern is made-to-measure, no specific gauge is needed, as long as you follow the instructions.

Size

This is a made-to-measure pattern, you will have to do your own calculations and measurements before you start. It makes sure that the tops fits perfectly, however, if you are not comfortable doing maths, this might not be the pattern for you.
