This is a crochet pattern for the Perfect Racerback Top. It is a made-to-measure pattern which means you will have to do some calculations yourself, to make it the perfect fit. The top is form fitting, and is ribbed vertically. The neckline is quite small to achieve the true racerback shape. It has options for a shaped bust, or without a shaped bust: so that it fits people with or without breasts.

Description

Materials needed for the Perfect Racerback

  • A 2.5mm crochet hook
  • A pair of scissors
  • A yarn needle
  •  Measuring tape
  • A tight-fitting tanktop of which you like the length
  • A fingering weight yarn. I used Cotton Kings Cone 500
  • As this is a made-to-measure pattern, exact yarn amounts can not be given. However, an estimate of the amount of yarn used is 550 metres for size XS, up to 1500 metres for size 5XL.
